Bruce Ree loves sweet and sour pork even though it is a traditional Chinese dish, there really aren’t much other dishes that has this sweet and sour sauce. Growing up, sweet and sour pork is mainly ordered for little kids, somewhat like ordering chicken nuggies from the kids menu.
