Trying to pin point when I was first introduced to the modern day representation of the poo emoji, I’d say it was the Dr. Slump manga in the 1980’s where his android Arale’s favourite hobby is to poke poo with a stick and can be often seen running around with one. I’ve had this poo piggy bank since high school 20 years ago. It’s got a couple of dimes in it.
